Our Practices

SUPERIOR GENETICS & RAISING

Our priority is raising top-end registered Black Angus genetics. Genetic traits we select for our herd, such as marbling and feed efficiency, directly correlate with the high-quality beef we offer. Our cows are primarily raised in our local pastures in Erda, Utah. They graze on a rotation of irrigated cropland and native area grasses. Our regenerative agricultural practices aim to improve soil quality which enhances beef nutrition for our customers. We proudly choose not to inject growth hormones or mRNA vaccines. We strive for overall herd health through ethical cattle practices.

FINISHING & PROCESSING

Seasonally, we can produce 100% grass-finished beef. However, due to climate, cattle are supplemented with alfalfa, cereal grain hay and small amounts of grain for finishing in winter months.

All beef is harvested before 24 months of age, with a target of 16 months to yield the most tender, flavorful meat. Rest assured that all cattle are butchered at a local USDA-certified facility. Rest assured you will have quality meats for every meal.
